What types of drinks do you offer?

We offer a wide range of drinks, including beer, wine, champagne, cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages.

Do you supply the alcohol?

Yes, we provide all alcohol as part of our services.

Can I provide my own alcohol for a cheaper rate?

Unfortunately, we do not permit clients to bring their own alcohol, as our machines are pre-loaded with specific liquors tailored for optimal performance and consistency.

Is there a deposit?

All packages have a $200 non-refundable down-payment which is required to reserve a date.

● 100% of the down-payment goes toward your balance.

● Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event. We do allow partial payments until your balance is paid in full.

● PLEASE NOTE: The $200 down payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. However, any remaining balance paid beyond the initial $200 will be refunded if the event is canceled at least 14 days prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of all payments. The $200 down payment may be transferred to a future date, subject to availability.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable down payment of $200 is required to secure your booking.
If an event is canceled 14 days or more prior to the scheduled date, any amount paid beyond the $200 down payment will be refunded.
If an event is canceled within 14 days of the scheduled date, all payments made will be forfeited.
The $200 down payment may be transferred to a future date, subject to availability.

What if my guest count goes over than expected?

Guest Count Policy

Final guest counts must be as accurate as possible to ensure proper preparation and service. Additional fees may apply if the actual guest count exceeds the selected package. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for guest counts lower than anticipated, as arrangements and supplies are prepared in advance based on the confirmed numbers.

Are there any additional charges other than what is listed?

Infinity Drinks charge 3% for all invocies for processing fee.

We reserve the right to charge for additional guest outside package details.
All gratuity is greatly appreciated but at the discretion of the client and their guest.

What areas do you service?

We service Nashville, TN and within 100 miles of Nashville.

Delivery Rates:

1-20 Miles: $20

21-40 Miles: $40

41-60 Miles: $60

61-80 Miles: $80

81-100 Miles: $100

What is your set up area requirements?

We require a 10x10 space in order to operate our services.
We can set up on any surface except rocks and inclines. (Indoors/Outdoors)
Due to the weight of the machine we require smooth access to the set up area. WE CAN NOT take the machine up/down stairs. (One step or small hump is OK.)
Electrical Power is needed. If there is no electrical outlets for outdoor events, a generator is required or you can rent one from us. ($75)
Close by water source/drain.

What guidelines apply during my rental period?

The client and their guest required to conduct themselves in an orderly manner, in full compliance with state laws where alcohol is being served.
Infinity Drinks is not responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained by the client or their guest during the event or after.
We reserve the right to stop selling/furnishing alcohol to any individual that seems intoxicated or may be a threat to themselves or others.
Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from consuming alcoholic beverages.
Our servers hold a current certificate of completion of ABC (alcohol beverage control) license.
Straight shots are permitted but limited.
The bar will close 30 minutes prior to the end of the event, and in any case, no alcohol may be served after that time.
Any individual who chooses to consume alcohol is strongly encouraged to refrain from driving and to designate a driver who has not been drinking.
Under no circumstance can any alcoholic beverage served by Infinity Drinks leave the event property.
